This is not a "one size fits all" handstand course. It rather is a toolkit designed to give you a valuable tool for creating your own handstand training.
Our toolkit is divided into four different modules:
1. Important handstand principles - What principles are essential to understand the process of a handstand and proper body positioning?
2. A thorough assessment - What is needed physically to do a handstand and what are my weak links?
3. The most important exercises for learning a handstand - Including warm-up, mobility, strength, overcoming fear, entrances, balance and cool-down.
4. Training design - How do I plan and structure my training? How do I progress?
This 25 pages are created for you to give you the chance to practice by your own and get your first 30s freestanding handstand.
